Beatriz, passion for helping people was reflected on her decision to choose a Sociology major as well as a Teacher Certification, when she won a scholarship to study at Gonzaga University, State of Washington.
Beatriz professional background as a business owner for 10 years plus, Consulting and Training with her Team, language courses for International Corporations from South America, USA and Europe, including the University of Maryland Language Department.
She began as Loan Officer in the Real Estate Industry in 2002, when worked for Wells Fargo Mortgages, and in 2004 joined Hondros College of Real Estate (Ohio), and became a licensed Real Estate Professional. She connected with her clients by providing them with “First Time Home Buyers Seminars” serving the English & Spanish community.
She is a Bilingual licensed Real Estate Broker/ REALTOR, and Notary Public for the State of North Carolina, and believes in giving back to our military community by donating financial assistance to nonprofit organizations, she is the wife of a retired military veteran, who has proudly served this country.
