Joanne M. Stephenson relocated to Jacksonville from the Cape Cod area of Massachusetts in 2001. She came as a licensed REALTOR from Massachusetts in 2000 and has been listing and selling real estate ever since. She has earned several designations including the Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and her Graduate of REALTOR Institute, which puts her in the top 5% worldwide with training and education in the real estate field. Being on top of the market and knowing the latest trends make her a top notch agent in this area of real estate. She has served on the Jacksonville Board of REALTORS Board of Directors for many years and has served on many committees.
Prior to real estate, Joanne spent 20 years in the travel industry and owned and operated her own travel agency. Being a business owner, she understands that people have choices in life and that customer service is so very important. Her travel background certainly coincides with welcoming our military here from all areas of the world. She feels it’s an honor to help our military call Jacksonville home. When she’s not selling real estate, she’s an active member of First Baptist Church in Jacksonville and volunteers with Living Proof Ministries. She lives in Jacksonville with her husband David.
