Wendy Silvera is a retired Marine Msgt. She has lived in the Jacksonville area with her family, off and on since 1995. She understands the stress that comes with deployments, orders, PCS and transition from the Marine Corps. Not only on the Marine, but on the family as well because she has been not only a Marine, but a Marine spouse and mother.
