Zoraida was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved with her family to Long Beach, California as a child. In 1994, Zoraida and Alex her Marine husband moved to Jacksonville, NC. In 1997 Zoraida obtained her NC brokers license and joined Century 21 Champion Real Estate in 1998. Through the years here in Jacksonville she has worked along side some of our communities very best real estate professionals and has a vast amount of experience in all aspects of our industry.
In 2009 duty called when the Marine Corps took her and her now family of 5 to Sacramento California and on to the beautiful Island of Hawaii. Zoraida, Alex and their three wonderful children, Christopher, Jennifer and Ryan were thrilled when the Marine Corps moved them all back to Camp Lejeune and the community she loved and has always considered home! Zoraida and Alex, now a Sgt Major in the Marine Corps moved back into their family home in February and after getting the family settled and enrolled in school came back to the career she loves so much!
She absolutely loves helping clients buy and sell real estate and with the knowledge that she has gained through the years by being married to her Marine with over 21 years of service she has so much to offer her clients!
